- This procurement is to provide Facilities Maintenance Services at NASA AmesResearch Center (ARC). The majority of work under this hybrid contract is firm fixedprice (FFP). The FFP work consists of preventative and predictive maintenance,responding to trouble calls and minor repairs/items; Indefinite Delivery IndefiniteQuantity (IDIQ) work consists primarily of non-recurring work and repairs that cannot bequantified until a Contract Task Order (CTO) is issued, and then becomes a fixed pricetask order once approved. Cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) work consists of Environmental andEmergency support services.
