The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando, Cage Code 04939, 11 each Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) memory chips, Part Number SM55161A-75HKCM, under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando possesses the technical data and experience necessary to execute this requirement.
