- The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a HUBZone sole source order to Federal Edge, to provide Altix UV 100 system Blades. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 334111 with a business size standard of 1,000. The proposed order is for items for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 6 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) and ORCA (www.bpn.gov) prior to award of any contract and agreements.
