- RECOVERYRehabilitate Vegetated Infiltration Basins at Washington's Headquarters, Valley Forge National Historical Park, King of Prussia, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.VAFO-152410TAS::14 1041::TAS NAICS: 237990 This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Contractor awarded the construction project under Contract No. 1443C2051100076 for "VAFO-152410 Rehabilitate Vegetated Infiltration Basins" is only one considered for this modification. The construction contract was awarded as a result of an 8(a) Set-a-side in Fiscal Year 2010 had a 150-calendar day period of performance. During performance a differing site condition was discovered that will be covered by a modification to the contract for performance by the contractor. This differing site condition is within the scope of the contract and is being awarded in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(2).
