Use this spreadsheet to submit bid. Please submit by email only. Performance Plan Performance Based Work Statement The solicitation number is FA9301-10-M-E012. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090115. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is J099. NAICS is 811310 and the size standard is $7,000,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: Line 1: Monthly inspection and prevenative maintenance of 2 GRAB 300 barrier systems. South Gate and North Gate Locations IAW para 1.1. of the PWS including inspection and maintenance items identified in Appendix C Line 2: Monthly inspection and prevenative maintenance of 1 GRAB 300 barrier system located at the West Gate IAW para 1.1. of the attached PWS including inspection and maintenance items identified in Appendix C Line 3: Monthly inspection and prevenative maintenance of 10 bollards at Bldg 1, 12 bollards at Bldg 2750 and 12 bollards at Bldg 1220 IAW para 1.1 of the attached PWS including inspection and maintenance items identified in Appendix C Line 4: Over and Above work IAW para 1.3. fo the attached PWS Line 5: Routine repair service calls. Hourly billing starts when technician arrives at Edwards AFB, CA Contractor response to schedule work within 4 hours of notification. Work completed within 4 duty days IAW para 1.2.1. of the attached PWS. Contractors labor hour charge $ Line 6: Emergency service calls Hourly billing starts when technician arrives at Edwards, AFB CA Contractor response within 1 hour of notification. Contractor on site within 4 hours after notification IAW para 1.2.2 of attached PWS. Contractors labor hour charge $ Line 7: Trip Charge to Edwards to perform Routine and Emergency Service Calls when requested. Note: only 1 trip charge allowable per Routine or Emergency service call. Contractor Trip charge $ Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
