Supercedes all previous versions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3B70252AK01 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for laundry equipment for RAF Alconbury Laundry Facility. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. //CLIN 0001: 3 ea JLA HF234 - 50lb Industrial Rigid Mount, Fast Speed Spin Washer OR EQUAL with 60 month service agreement //CLIN 0002: 3 ea JLA T75 - 75lb Compact Industrial Dryer (Gas Operated) OR EQUAL with 60 month service agreement //CLIN 0003: 1 ea JLA 1.9 Dryer Ironer OR EQUAL with 60 month service agreement //CLIN 0004: 1ea Otex 3 System OR EQUAL with 60 month service agreement //CLIN 0005: 3 ea Plinths for supplied washers. Size to be determined. // Specification cut-sheet attached. //Statement of Work attached. //Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Initially, quotes shall be ranked according to price (lowest to highest). Then, quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Ratings will be either ACCEPTABLE (meets minimum requirements) or UNACCEPTABLE (fails to meet minimum requirements).
