Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) intends to place an award for a Nordco Model BC60 Brush Cutter with all optional equipment, or equal, for delivery to Sunny Point North Carolina. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS. This procurement is being conducted per FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures NAICS code 336510 and small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Any interested party believes that is can meet the requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities, which if received timely, will be considered by SDDC. The capability statement and any other information furnished must be in writing, and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow SDDC to determine if the offered product is equal to the requested product and can meet all of the foregoing requirements. Responses must also be accompanied with a quote meeting all of the foregoing requirements.
