- 633D Price List on PR#: F2Q3100238AC01 SOO (Statement of Objectives for this requirement) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-10-Q-PD04. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-43, dtd 2 Aug 2010. This acquisition is designated for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 335921. Size standards in number of employees are 1000. See attached 633D RFQ price list on PR# F2Q3100238AC0, dtd 24 Sep 2010. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The provision at FAR 52.204-10, 52.204-10 - Reporting Executive Compensation and First-Tier Subcontract Awards applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-3 applies to this acquisition, requiring all offers are to be registered in CCR and ORCA. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this RFQ.
