GS-35F-4594G-CPPDIT Task Order# EP10H002203 Contractor Name:System Research and Applications Corporation4300 Fair Lakes CourtFairfax, VA 22033 Title: RECOVERY - FEDERAL GREEN BUILDING WORK TO SUPPORT THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) Envir Prog & MangmtTAS::68 0108::TAS Recovery The purpose of this award is obligate funding in the amount of $183,932 for the "FEDERAL GREEN BUILDING WORK TO SUPPORT THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA)." The period of performance for his work is September 27, 2010 through May 15, 2011, primarily in Arlington Virginia. The purpose of this order is to help EPA to achieve its goal of reducing carbon emissions through organizational energy efficiency, ENERGY STAR provides tools, resources, and support that help organizations develop their energy management capacity and facilitate the continuous improvement of energy performance within specific sectors. Under this Task Order, the Contractor shall provide support for ESCIB's information technology and database systems to implement these enhancements. This will include building new and enhanced functionality within the existing tools (Portfolio Manager, Automated Benchmarking Services, Business Intelligence tool Data Warehouse, Target Finder, and ISTAR) in order to improve usability and functionality for federal government partners. This task covers a wide variety of enhancement, from additional text and guidance through to more sophisticated functionality in Portfolio Manager and ABS to improve data import and exchange among agencies and between agencies and the Portfolio Manager database.
