- The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. Tenth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana intents to negotiate with ACA DERM INC,3723 HAVEN AVE, MENLO PARK, CA 94025 to provide RESEARCH PROBES: MPA 5, PROBE FOR CORNEOMETER, PROBE FOR MEXAMETER, PROBE FOR TEWAMETER, PROBE FOR REVISCOMETER, PROBE FOR SKIN PH METER. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a2). The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide all the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
