- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement for the procurement of two hundred twenty (220) Smart Cards. The contractor shall produce these Smart Cards in compliance with Circuit Card Assembly, PCMCIA - Addressable Drawing No. 152-001478 Rev P. The contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, facilities, equipment and material necessary to deliver these Smart Cards. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis under NAVAIR BOA N00019-08-G-0012 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Electronic Systems, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 because Northrop Grumman is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the equipment addressed in this synopsis and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. In addition, Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation owns a technical data package that is required for production of this equipment.
