- Description
- The DLA Troop Support Philadelphia is proposing to add forty-nine (49) NSNs to Corporate Contract, SPM400-05-D-9409, with Columbus Jack Corporation. ). The sole source manufacturer of these items is Columbus Jack Corporation (00994). This acquisition is for supplies that the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1).
