Description
9/28/2010 The following questions have been received and the Commission's answers are provided below. In addition, this amendment corrrects an administrative error in the RFI number in paragraph 8. a. Question 1: In Section 5 of the Sources Sought, the SEC asks for offeror views on incentives and penalties. However, Section 7 of the Sources Sought does not identify where in the response this information should go. Should offerors provide this information in their capabilities package or will the SEC entertain more complete information outside of the 10-page limit? Answer 1: Please provide your views on incentives and penalties in the capabilities package within the 10-page limit. Question 2: Would the SEC entertain capabilities information in Exhibits (e.g., sample reports, sample flowcharts, etc.) outside of the ten-page limit? Answer 2: In the interest of applying the same standards for submission to all parties, the capabilities package must comply with paragraph 7.A: “The capabilities packages may not exceed 10 pages, exclusive of the information requested in items B through E below.” b. Additional questions received prior to the September 15, 2010 deadline not listed above have been reviewed and will be taken into account when the Statement of Work is sent to vendors who respond to this Request for Information (RFI). c. The reference in Paragraph 8 to SEC-FRI-09-10-2010 is corrected to read SEC-RFI-09-01-2010.
