- This is a request for quote for commercial items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. This acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business. The associated NAICS code is 334310with a 750 employee size standard. The contractor shall provide equipment and materials to complete high definition video teleconferencing capability to ACC Surgeon General Support on Langley AFB in Hampton, VA. See attached statement of objectives for full details. Award of this requirement will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on the capabilities set forth in the statement of objectives. See attached Tech Points for full list of evaluation criteria. This RFQ contains 2 line items. The line item descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001: Provide ACC/SG room 110 with upgraded VTC capability IAW Statement of Objective. CLIN 0002: Provide ACC/SG room 209 with upgraded VTC capability IAW Statement of Objective. Please see attached SOO for full details. All items shall be new. FOB point is Destination.
