EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. Contractors must adhere to the USAF Band General Audio and Lighting Road Case Specifications (which is uploaded as an attachment) in order to be in compliance with the requirements of this solicitation. If offering an equal product, interested parties must submit clear and convincing descriptive literature demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined unacceptable.
