- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1JBAB0223A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. Applicable NAICS is 511210; size standard is $25M. The Government intends to make a sole source award to Resource Strategies Inc, 3630 Spring Trail, Madison WI 53611-2920. Requirement is to purchase annual renewal of RF Gateway Subscription. The RF Gateway consists of routinely delivered English-language emailed reports, relating to potential biological effects of exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic waves. Information provided includes summaries of research findings, interviews and policy news briefs, meeting reports, semi-annual summaries, and access to the RF Gateway archives. Period Of Performances is 15 Sep 2010 thru 14 Sep 2011. Shipping address is AFRL/RHDM RHD), 8315 Hawks Road, Brooks City Base TX 78235, FOB: Destination. A firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order will be issued. All responsible offers will be considered; however, offers must be submitted for the item listed above. Substitutes are not acceptable.
