- Attachments Solicitation (Task Order Request) Number FSC-10-043 - Network Improvement Project The District of Columbia Courts, Administrative Services Division on behalf of the Information Technology Division is seeking a GSA Schedule Contractor to help streamline and improve its network infrastructure. The project scope is as follows: 1. Assess the Courts' network for VoIP readiness; 2. Develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) for VoIP implementation; 3. Design a consolidated wired/wireless network; 4. Implement network architecture necessary to optimize data and voice transmission; and 5. Install and configure the SolarWinds Configuration Management module.
