- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. BOOKS: C2-2007 National Safety Electrical Code 2007 edition (printed version) 50 copies. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center, Huntsville AL intends to execute a sole source purchase order with the IEEE Industry Standards and Technology Organization Inc. (Doing Business as IEEE-ISTO) to provide NCEC 2007 books in the quantity specified above, FOB destination. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to the firm stated above; however, any other firms that may be interested in this order may submit a brief statement of their interest and qualifications (to include CAGE Code, Tax ID, DUNS Number, and CCR Registered) along with a proposal, availability to ship, and estimated delivery date for the quantity requested in this synopsis. Estimated value of the order is approximately $7,900.
