- Solicitation for Test Examiner IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 'Required Central Contractor Registration' applies to all solicitations issued on/or after 06-01-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quote INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote. Call 1-888-227-2423 or visit the internet at http://www.ccr.gov for more information. The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ is soliciting offers for Test Examiner for Education & Training Office, Luke AFB in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) along with the PWS it can be downloaded once posted - FA4887-10-T-0111. All offers shall include pricing for a base year and four option years. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 611691, and the size standard is $7.0 Mil. Quotes must list the DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. Quotes must be received no later than 2:00PM on 20 Sep 2010, local time. Quotes will be accepted via fax (623) 856-3447 or email maria.woolford@luke.af.mil or Federal Express to 56th Contracting Squadron, Attn: Maria Woolford, 14100 W Eagle St, Luke AFB, AZ 85309-1217. Quotes submitted as an attachment to an e-mail should be sent in Word Version 6.0 or higher. Submit offers or any questions to the attention of Maria Woolford, phone - 623-856-3449. Offerors who fail to complete and submit the requirement above may be considered non-responsive. Test Examiner is a part-time requirement not a full time/40 hrs week. Testing will take place on Luke AFB. Quotes received after the closing date and time listed in this document will not be considered.
