- Description
- The Naval Special Warfare-West (NSW-W) Contracting Office, San Diego CA intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to purchase and install a catwalk/observation deck to Advanced Training Systems (ATS) of St. Paul, MN under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 10 September 2010. The catwalk is a part of an existing Shoot House designed and manufactured by ATS. Delivery and installation location: La Posta Weapons Training Complex, 1065 La Posta Road, Campo CA 91906. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS) for this acquisition is 332312, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received within five (3) days of publication. A determination of the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
