- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please click on the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LINK TO DOWNLOAD Shop Sign Printer Solicitation, Bid Items, and the Buy American Act Certificate. The Buy American Act Certificate must be returned with bid and other pertinent information that is requested of each bidder to be considered responsive. It is important that offeror's pay close attention to the criteria for salient characteristics in the solicitation.
