- SF1442 ATTACHMENTS - DETERMINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY QUESTIONAIRE SF1442 ATTACHMENTS -DAVIS BACON WAGE DETERMINATION SF1442 ATTACHMENTS -STATEMENT OF WORK SF1442 SECTION L/M APPENDICES SF1442 SECTION L/M APPENDICES SF1442 SECTION L/M APPENDICES SF1442 SOLICITATION The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-43, Effective 02 Aug 2010 (includeds 2005-44, 08 Jul 2010) and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100820 (Amended) Edition. RESTRICTIONS: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. This acquisition will be made under NAICS code 238990-Fencing Contractors, with a size standard of $14,000,000. STATUS OF FUNDING. This acquisition is funded. BID SCHEDULE: Solicitation is for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to replace approximately 2,270 feet (ft) of security fencing around Building 1649, running from Building 1637 to Building 1650. Project includes stabilization and restoration of soils that are subject to erosion in the project area. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $250,000 to $500,000 DELIVERY POINT: 301 Fighter Wing, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas 76127-1054 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Approx 60 days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed, plus any authorized delay days.
