- NRCS-05-ID-10 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Laboratory Gravity Table This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. NRCS-05-ID-10. This combined synopsis is for a Laboratory Gravity Table as identified below, including delivery to the Plant Materials Center Farm located at 1494 South, 2700 West in Aberdeen, ID 83210, by November 1, 2010. All costs for the transportation of the Gravity Table from shipping point(s) to the destination shall be paid by the contractor and included in the unit price quoted for the item. Line No. 001 - Laboratory Gravity Table LABORATORY GRAVITY TABLE SPECIFICATIONS: •Capable of batch and continuous flow separation of small volumes of seed •110 V, 60 hz, single phase power with start/stop switch •Inlet hopper and vibratory conveyor with start/stop potentiometer •Eccentric shaft fitted with tachometer with digital readout •Grading deck surface no more than 1600 cm2, 100 micron gravity deck •Adjustable stroke length, speed, air volume and deck inclination with calibrated control •Collecting bins for 5 fractions •Mounted on work table •Steel construction with laminated wood deck •Bottom fan with adjustable air regulation •One year parts warranty •Dimensions to be no larger than 60 inches tall x 28 inches deep x 43 inches wide DELIVERY: Delivery to the Plant Materials Center Farm shall be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. The Offeror Representations and Certifications as required in 52.212-03 may be submitted with quotes or completed online at the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) located at: https://orca.bpn.gov/ Delivery shall be as soon as possible after award of contract and no later than November 1, 2010. (Please indicate on Quote if delivery can be met). Delivery will be at the Plant Materials Center Farm located at 1494 South 2700 West in Aberdeen, ID 83210. FOB Destination. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 3:00 PM MOUNTAIN TIME ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2010. QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO TANYA ARNBERGER. PLEASE INCLUDE THE RFQ # NRCS-05-ID-10 AND YOUR DUNS NUMBER ON THE QUOTE.
