- The awardee of this WCRC work will be performing on behalf of the Government certain activities which may involve review and utilization of other CMS contractor work product. The WCRC will be asked to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Solicitation text requires certification from offeror that submitted disk files are virus checked. See Attachment J.9. Virus Certificate for suggested certification text. A copy of DHHS-CMS billing instructions describing types of information required within monthly vouchers/invoices, to facilitate CMS review and approval. The CMS is formalizing its internal work product and voucher approval practices. RFP Amendment #1 - Descriptive Text. Revised Organizational Conflict of Interest Certificate instructions. Add new Attachment J.8. Subcontractor Checklist. This document is moredescriptive and easier to understand than prior provided Attachment 7. Offerors may folllow either format, Attachment 7 or 8.
