- Statement of Work Request for quote. Please fill out completely with all pertinent information and sign and return to troy.kinchen@sheppard.af.mil once site visit complete. Please see attached RFQ, and Statework of Work, for additional and more detailed information. Also please note there will be a site visit for this requirement, information below as well as in the RFQ document. SITE VISIT A site visit is scheduled for 0900 hours on 9 Sept 2010. POTENTIAL OFFERORS MUST NOTIFY THE 82d CONTRACTING OFFICE @ 940-676-4406 NLT 8 Sept 10 BY 12:00pm CST IF PLANNING TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. Bidders/offerors should be at the Sheppard AFB Entry Control Center NLT 0845 am with drivers license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance at this time and date. From there they will be escorted to view the work site and present pertinent questions. Bidders/offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve bidders/offerors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The government will assume no responsibility for any understanding or representation concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the invitation for bids/request for proposals, the specification, or related documents. The site visit will be accomplished to aid all in completing their proposal. THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITE VISIT WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT CONDUCTED. No additional site visits will be held. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F3V3E10237A003. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #561730 and Small Business Size Standard $7.0M, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
