- CLIN Structure/Equipment Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only emailed quotes for the RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code 561621. Below is the combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The OCC requires a responsible vendor to provide security equipment for an installation for an OCC field office relocation. All equipment shall be brand new. Refurbished or used products shall not be acceptable. Price Schedule: All equipment identified will be installed as part of an OCC security enhancement project to an existing security system. Therefore, to ensure operation with the existing security system infrastructure, CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003, 0005, 0007, 0008, 0009, 0010, 0011, 0012, 0013, 0014, 0015, 0016, 0017, 0018 shall be brand name as indicated in the Table 1. However, CLIN 0004 and CLIN 0006 shall be brand name or equal to as identified in the Table 1 (see attached document). CLAUSES/PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: FAR Provision: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; Evaluation Criteria. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Instructions to Quoters: The deadline for Receipt of Proposal is September 9, 2010 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Quoters assume full responsibility for ensuring that their quotes are received by the due date and time. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Azita.Mamdouhi@occ.treas.gov. Delivery Location: All equipment shall be delivered no later than October 1, 2010 to the address specified below. Quoters shall specify and confirm within their quotes that they will meet the October 1, 2010 delivery schedule deadline.
