- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. W912C3-10-R-0010 for Rental of Fifteen (15) Trailers (Eleven (11) Office Trailers and Four (4) Restroom Trailers) to temporarily support full time staff operations at Ramey US Army Reserve Center in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is a Base period of Twelve (12) months plus an additional Six (6) month period, to be exercise at the Governments option. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. The closing date of the RFP is on or about 13 Sept 2010. (See solicitation for the specific date). Delivery required ten (10) calendar days after award. This RFP is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532120. The size standard is $25.5 Million. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitations and amendments. The RFP and amendments, if any, shall be submitted to the location specified on or before the closing time and date.
