- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN15 intends to enter into a sole source negotiated procurement with Riverfront Safety & Health LC, Saint Louis, Missouri; who is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for 3rd party construction oversight, project management and onsite air sampling at Jefferson Barracks VAMC campus, Saint Louis Missouri. Applicable NAICS code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services. Authority to enter into this sole source procurement is in accordance with Public Law 109-461, Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006 and VAAR 819.7007. It has been determined that the Contractor is a responsible source with respect to performance of such contract opportunity and in the Contracting Officer's estimation contract award can be made at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the Government. The anticipated award date will be 15 September 2010.
