Focus Repository Software Solution Solicitation Package contains the following information: Instructions to offerorsEvaluation CriteriaPerformance Work StatementPast Performance Questionnaire The NPS Digital Information Services Program (DISP) has a requirement to replace the current repository for the NPS Focus system to improve digital asset management and discovery using current technologies and vendor-supported systems. The software will be used to replace the existing Blue Angel repository which is no longer supported by the vendor. This procurement will also include setup, training, required modifications, user interface development, and four option years for upgrades and maintenance of software. The NPS DISP seeks to implement a software solution that will replace the current Focus Blue Angel Repository. The system is utilized by users across the National Park System to manage and share images and documents. The Focus Repository is currently based on a legacy technology. The new solution must update the technology on which the system is based, provide improved digital asset management capabilities, and provide the ability to extend the system in the future. The system must be vendor supported, and must be current and complaint on all Federal Regulations surrounding 508 Compliance. All proposals should include base year plus 4 option periods pricing for the maintenance. Following is a brief description of items being procured under this solicitation.
