- Statement of Work Egress Photo This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37 dated 14 October 2009, DFARS change notice 20091123, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), reference number FA3047-10-T-C-790. Submission of written quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. Verbal offers will not be accepted. The government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation, and will be most advantageous to the government (Best Value). The government intends to award a purchase order without discussions with respective vendors/quoters. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. The government requires delivery to 5424 New Marne Road, Camp Bullis, Texas 78257 and the quote must be valid for 60 days. Government required delivery/completion date is 16 weeks after receipt of award. This is a 100% small business set aside requirement. The NAICS code is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees FAR Subpart 13.5 is applicable to this solicitation.
