- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to modify established contract number G10PC00118 awarded to Done Deal General Construction to include provisions and requirements for the Act. The project described below is within scope of the existing contract, which was originally awarded on a competitive basis. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. Contract # G10PC00118, Dollar Value of This Action is $741,856.00 for Various Electrical and Ceiling Installation. Period of Performance is changed from 10.31.2010 to 03.31.2011. The delay is the Government fault and Place of Performance is Kearneysville, WV. This modification is also to clarify the statement of work page#5 of the contract section II, Project Details-Replace Lighting throughout the Facility: The Facility Maintenance Building is not part of the contract. It was excluded in negotiations prior to award of the contract. This modification also includes the addition of clause 52.219.14 Limitation on Subcontracting, which was inadvertently omitted from the award. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. ATN# DM0026
