- RFQ 10-233-SOL-00431 SOW This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. A separate solicitation posting will not be issued. This requirement is Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690 and the small business size standard is average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $7 million. The ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) 10-233-SOL-00431, is for the acquisition of services to assess the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Department of Human Services Safety and Health Program at the Department level. The anticipated period of performance shall be 60 business days from September 30, 2010. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The provisions and clauses applicable to and incorporated in this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to PSCAcquisitions@psc.hhs.gov in Word or compatible read-only format. Quoters shall also reference the RFQ number (10-233-SOL-00431) in the subject line of their quote. The RFQ due date (closing date) for quote submission is on or before 3:00 pm Eastern Time, September 16, 2010. QUOTES MUST BE SIGNED. No oral or faxed quotes will be accepted. All responsible sources, capable of fulfilling the requirements of this solicitation, may submit an quote, which will be considered. Quotes that do not include required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. NOTE: ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE SAME MANNER AS THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.
