Industry comments received after 10 Sep 2010 may not be considered in the Government's preparation of the final RFP documents. Please be advised that all communications concerning this acquisition (including, but not limited to, management/tehcnical issues, pricing issues, and proposal issues) must be coordinated through the Contracting Officer.
