- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest, intends to acquire by contract the fabrication and delivery of six Children's Museum-quality, powder coated metal touch screen kiosks. The kiosks will meet design intent requirements of the furnished design (to be included with the solicitation when issued). The kiosks will be delivered to the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument at 42218 NE Yale Bridge Road, Amboy, WA 98601 by February 25, 2011. A solicitation for this project work will be made available on this web site on about Friday, September 3, 2010. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 337215 with a applicable small business size standard of 500 employees. Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability (relevant experience and past performance) and price. A single contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR on the part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible for award.
