- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to award a firm-fixed price task order modification to Jacobs Facilities of Arlington, VA, under task order AG-3K15-1-0616, Mod 0018 for architectural and engineering (A-E) services. The task order modification will incorporate an equitable adjustment for additional architect and engineering services to revise drawings and specifications to support complex equipment changes at the facility. The task order modification will be issued against an existing contract which was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract.
