Description
Amendment 1 The project consists of complete renovation of building 100, including HVAC - 2 story visiting officer's quarters, March Air Reserve Base, Riverside County, California The estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 NOTE: This procurement is 100% set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. See FAR 52.219-3 Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside (Jan 1999) for the entire clause. General information regarding this clause and HUBZone Set-Asides-Definition. HUBZone small business concern, as used in this clause, means a small business concern that appears on the list of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration. Offers are solicited only from HUBZone small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered. ALL OFFERORS/BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. SOLICITATION AVAILIBILITY: The solicitation will be available on or about August 6, 2010 at the website www.fbo.gov The solicitation(including the plans and specifications), amendments and planholder's list will only be avilable for downloading at www.fbo.gov Viewing/downloading documents from www.fbo.gov will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). Please note that all firms who want to access to the solicitation, primes and subcontractors, must be CCR-registered, have a MPIN, and either a DUNS number or CAGE code. All interested contractors are reminded that the successful contractor will be expected to place subcontracts to the maximum practicable extent with small and disadvantaged firms in accordance with the provisions of Public Law 95-507.
