- DTRA intends to add additional work to contract number HDTRA1-07-F-0058 in an effort to increase Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) being provided by contract number HDTRA1-07-F-0058. Additional work in the amount of $3,196,407.60 will be added to the current period of performance from March 17, 2010 to March 16, 2011. The final option period under this contract will also be increased in the amount of $3,280,391.40 over a period of one year from March 17, 2011 to March 16, 2013. In total, this modification will increase the value of this contract by $6,476,798.60 over a period of 19 months. All hours and labor categories being added are within the original scope and structure of the contract. The original contract was competed which resulted in award to Inforeliance Corp, a small business located at 9990 Fairfax Boulevard STE 450, Fairfax, VA 22030-3135. This extension is intended to complement and assist several projects that are currently ongoing throughout DTRA. These efforts are considered critical and require highly specialized Microsoft personnel. It is within the government's best interest to utilize an existing contract vehicle to procure these additional resources as rapidly as possible. All questions regarding this notice should be forwarded in writing to Eric Rode at Eric.Rode@dtra.mil. This action will be executed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice of intent to increase the current contract ceiling may be submitted within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this action at this time based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be received by close of business, September 17, 2010. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code.
