- Sole Source Justification THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for cable television service (CATV) at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2010 to 30 Sep 2012. A base and one option year may be awarded This is a Sole Source with Bright House Networks, LLC IAW FAR 6.302-1. Bright House Networks LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement as their service is subject to Franchise Agreement F08650-03-H0003, and their cable and equipment are presently installed under contract FA2521-10-P-0003 throughout Patrick AFB. In addition satellite CATV is not feasible based upon cost, as it would require a new infrastructure to include re-cabling each facility. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 4841 with a business size of $15,000,000.00 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 515210. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Bright House Cable, LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
