- Release #1 of Questions and Answers for the GSM-ETI DRFP This 03 September 2010 is being issued to provide responses to questions that have been received in response to the Draft RFP for the GSM-ETI effort. Another release of questions/answers will be provided at a later date. (The majority of the questions/answers received are provided in this release.) Release #1 dated 03 September 2010 is attached to this notice. Vendors are also strongly encouraged to obtain the updated version of the Controlled CD-ROM that is available at this time. The updated Controlled CD-ROM contains additional information that will be useful when preparing proposals. Please review the Draft RFP for the GSM-ETI effort, Section L, paragraph L.4 which provides information on how to obtain the Controlled CD-ROM.
