- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Prison Camp (FPC ) in Bryan, Texas. Quoters are encouraged to submit comprehensive quotes providing all listed requirements. Quoters who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Period and four 12-month Option Periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Period and all Option Periods are as follows: 90 Inpatient Days (Estimated); 1000 Outpatient Visits (Estimated); Outpatient Institution Services / Optometrist - Session Duration: 4 Hours, Session Quantity 100 per contract year (Estimated). The solicitation will be made available on/or about November 15, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on/or about February 15, 2011. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
