- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-37. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334210 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for following requirement as Brand Name Specific: BRAC PHASE II TELEPHONES AND CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT NOTES to Offerors: Multiple awards have been authorized for this procurement; as such submit quotations on all or some items listed. Offers shall note the lead the time for delivery in the submitted quotations. Delivery is a factor and with a requirement of no later than 10 business days post award. ALL EQUIPMENT WITHOUT EXCEPTION must be new and manufactures warranties are required for award. Acceptance shall be at destination: Shipping shall be FOB Destination to US Army Aberdeen Test Centers facility Located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005. AMC-LEVEL PROTEST (NOV 2008) If you have complaints about this procurement, it is preferable that you first attempt to resolve those concerns with the responsible contracting officer.
