- The work covered under this contract requires underwater concrete placement following cleaning of the partly eroded stilling basin concrete floor. The project is planned to be performed in three areas. Following cleaning of each areas floor, construction will consist of replacement concrete inserted underwater, using the Tremie method, to reconstruct the stilling basin floor.
