- The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to publish the Veterans Identification Card (VIC). The Contractor will be responsible for receiving the card information from the VA; acquiring the card stock, imprinting with the approved VA artwork and design specifications;, generating/manufacturing the cards in accordance with VA requirements; performing address cleansing, mailing the card to Veterans and providing information regarding the card issuance status back to the VA.
