The contractor shall support OCS in its understanding of VA information security requirements, including any challenges surrounding their implementation and end-user interpretation. The support services will also include participation in workgroups to better understand policy requirements, revisions to directives, handbook and guidance templates, and support in the creation of two (2) to three (3) handbooks per year. In addition, the contractor shall assist in mitigating end-user problems arising from policy implementation by providing OCS with applicable policy references to specific security questions from the field.
