- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, FL (NSWC PC) is soliciting proposals for fabrication of four (4) Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) armor shipping and storage containers. The armor containers are constructed from aluminum extrusions, aluminum channels, and other aluminum weldments in accordance with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) drawing number 7516671. The drawing is approved for public release. This requirement is 100% set aside for qualified Small Businesses. The contract will be awarded to a responsible offeror on a technically acceptable lowest price basis. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price with delivery required 120 days after award of the contract. NAICS Code 332710 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 8145. Award of contract action will be on or about 25 Oct 2010. These units will be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, c/o NSA PC, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407.
