- The attached document contains the following information: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONFOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS AND SERVICES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ***************************** 1. The solicitation number is A10110. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 2. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34, effective August 10, 2010. 3. Set-Aside / NAICS Code: This solicitation is being issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business set-aside under NAICS Code 541512 with a small business size standard of $25 Million. 4. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001 Quantity: 1 Unit of Measure: Each 5. Description: The contractor shall provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to develop a DO IT Application Architecture, deploy open source infrastructure, and build/deploy first set of open source solutions in accordance with the attached SOW entitled DO Technical Architecture Blueprint and Roadmap Project, dated 15 July 2010. 6. Period of Performance: 27 September through 26 May 2011 7.
