- Attachment A SF 1449 CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a paper solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is MCC-10-0138-RFP-45, and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), with incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. The period of performance is one base and four optional years. This requirement is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System code 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. This acquisition is limited to authorized resellers of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. PROJECT INFORMATION: See attached SF-1449. SELECTION CRITERIA: See attached SF-1449 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: See attached SF-1449 Contracting Office Address: Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), 875 Fifteenth Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20005. Place of Performance: The Contractor shall perform work under this contract at its own facilities. Neither domestic nor international travel is anticipated under this contract.
