- The US Department of Education, Federal Student Aid intends to exercise option period 1 with Tecolote research, Inc. for the maintenance on software license renewal for Automated Cost Estimating Integrating Tools (ACEIT) with a Period of Performance of 09/17/2010 - 09/16/2011. This announcement serves as the only notification of the Government's intent and no solicitation will be issued. Parties that believe they are capable of meeting this requirement should submit capability statements to Tracy Pope by 5:00 pm September 08, 2010. If upon evaluation it is determined that other firms in the marketplace can meet the Government's requirement, this notice will be canceled and the requirement will be solicited competitively.
