Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as an RFQ for a high resolution thermal imager with thecapability to take visible light images also.Minimum Specifications:New Unit, not refurbished or usedSpectral Band: 8 um to 14 um320 x 240 thermal sensor1280 x 1024 pixel visible light sensorTemperature Measurement Range: -20 Deg C to 550 Deg CAccuracy: +/-2 Deg C or 2 %, whichever is greater5 Digital DisplayRemoveable image and data storage capability.Multiple FOV with three interchangeable lens 23 Deg x 17 Deg; 42 Degs x 32 Degs; 9 Degsx 6 Degs Digital Thermal Zoom capability 8xDigital Visual Zoom capability 4xThermal and Visual light images with the ability to merge images.Interface software for data transfer to a computerBattery, Lithium Ion, operation and AC 110Vac/60Hz operationFluke Ti55FT-20 with 10.5 mm lens and 54 mm lens or Equal.The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC _2005_- 43. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 423620 and100 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status forthis procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA Glenn Research Center, 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH is requiredwithin 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Offers for the item described above are due by C.O.B. September 15, 2010, to NASA GlennResearch Center, Attn:Antoinette M. Niebieszczanski, 21000 Brookpark Road, MS 60-0,Cleveland, OH 44135 or fax 216-433-5489 or email antoinette.m.niebieszczanski@nasa.govand must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed deliveryschedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayeridentification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and besigned by an authorized company representative.
