- The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Accusoft Pegasus pursuant to FAR 13.106(1)(b) -- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. USCIS has a requirement for an unlimited user software license with maintenance and support for Image Gear which is used to view and edit biometrics at USCIS offices nationwide. Respond to this requirement by submitting written capabilities/specifications to the Contract Specialist. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within 4 days from the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government for a determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible.
